In consultation, we can also place a sale sign on the property.

All viewings are scheduled in coordination with you and conducted by us, during which we answer buyers' questions and gauge their interest. After the viewings, we discuss the next steps in the sales strategy with you: should we proceed with a standard bidding process or opt for a one-time offer submission? The transfer

Once an agreement has been reached with the buyer, we carefully guide you through the transfer process. We ensure that the notarial documents are correctly prepared and, together with the notary, verify that all obligations are fulfilled by both parties.

On the day of transfer, we accompany you and the buyer during the final inspection to document the condition of the property. We then join you at the notary’s office for the official signing of the deed of transfer. Once the deed is signed and the keys are handed over, the sale is officially completed. Even after the transfer, we remain available for any questions you may have.
