No, handle it professionally and outsource the management of your real estate. Within our management services, we offer 2 packages, which are explained below. Depending on the package you choose, the goal is that your property remains occupied, rent payments are collected, and daily maintenance is properly monitored and carried out. Thanks to our many years of experience and our extensive network, your property will always be rented out for the best possible return.

Financial Management

In short: The financial management takes care of everything related to invoices, payments, administration, and collection procedures. In short, everything is done to ensure the rental payments are deposited into your account on time.

Cost: 4% of the monthly rent (+21% VAT)

We are affiliated with the V.V.A. (Association of Rental Agents), and our association consists of approximately 40 affiliated real estate offices operating in the Greater Amsterdam area. This makes us the largest rental association in Amsterdam. To join the association, rental agencies must meet a number of strict requirements. If members do not comply with the rules, disciplinary action is taken. You can be assured that you are in good hands and that we are a reliable partner.

Additionally, our rental contracts are reviewed annually and adjusted where the changing market requires. This way, you are always guaranteed a solid rental contract. Very important!
