Wij zijn een onafhankelijke woningbeheerder en wij doen aan woningbeheer Amsterdam, maar ook in Zaanstad. U heeft met zorg uw vastgoed (portefeuille) opgebouwd en u wilt nu totaal ontzorgt worden. Bij het verhuren van uw woning, huis of appartement zorgen wij dat alle zaken geregeld worden. Denk hierbij aan: verzorgen van de juiste huurcontracten, incasseren van de maandelijkse huur, screening van de huurders, schoonmaken van de woning bij begin- en eindinspecties en ook de behandeling van eventuele klachten. We are affiliated with the V.V.A. (Association of Rental Agents), and our association consists of approximately 40 affiliated real estate offices operating in the Greater Amsterdam area. This makes us the largest rental association in Amsterdam. To join the association, rental agencies must meet a number of strict requirements. If members do not comply with the rules, disciplinary action is taken. You can be assured that you are in good hands and that we are a reliable partner.

Additionally, our rental contracts are reviewed annually and adjusted where the changing market requires. This way, you are always guaranteed a solid rental contract. Very important!
